To promote collaboration in digitizing national cultural and academic publications and making them available to the public, all government institutions in Taiwan are asked to participate by providing copyright-free government publications (hard or digital copies) for National Central Library to archive. These will be made available to patrons free of charge, exhibiting Taiwan's cultural heritage.
